What to Expect

  • Patients will be greeted at the check in station and will be required to have a scheduled appointment and identification verification. All individuals in the car will be asked to wear a mask and/or will be provided a mask.
  • Upon verification, patients will drive to a testing lane. You will be greeted by our team who will perform a nasal swab. The swab will occur for 10 seconds in one nostril.
  • After completion, our team will send our sample to our CLIA-certified lab for testing.
  • Results will be available within the CareEvolve patient portal. Please refer to location specific information regarding when your results will be available. When results are available, email notifications will be sent to the email provided. If you do not have an email, a member of our team will contact you via phone with results.

Frequently Asked Questions

What if there is severe weather?

For your safety and the safety of our staff, operations will stop during severe weather as determined by the National Weather Services (such as Severe Thunderstorms, Tornado Warnings, or Winter Storm). If this occurs, you will need to reschedule online or call to schedule another appointment. Additionally, please refer to location specific information regarding cold weather.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

If you are unable to make this appointment, you can change or cancel your appoint online or call 405-271-7774 (OKC) or 918-619-4980 (Tulsa) to cancel to allow others to be tested.

How long will it take?

All testing is by appointment only. You can expect the process to take no longer than 10 minutes from check-in to finish.

What if I don’t have a car?

No car? No problem. We serve any patient with an appointment who arrives by foot, bike, or other transportation method. Those arriving by Uber or Lyft may follow the drive-thru process.

What kind of test is it? Is it FDA approved?

Our tests are real-time RT-PCR test for the qualitative detection of nucleic acid from SARS-CoV-2. Our tests are also FDA approved.

Do I need to wear a mask? What about others in my vehicle?

Everyone in the car over the age of 2 must wear a mask while visiting our testing site.
